He efficiently repaired our a/c, had the need parts with him and thoughtfully answered all of our questions even after performing the repairs in the searing 100 degree heat. Came out to find out why a train system was tripping the breaker. Found a bad breaker and a bad compressor.
Came out to find out why a system wasnt cooling found the system freezing up due to being low on refrigerant. Recommended adding refrigerant to find leak but with age of system customer decline repair operation in favor of replacement.

Complaint of no a.c Diagnosis- Found system with bad contactor causing no compressor or o.d fan motor operation. Solutions- Replacing 40 Amp contactor under warranty and doing tune up. System looks good at this time.
Troubleshooting a water leak problem on a mini split system. Found drain line stopped up and not allowing water to drain, forcing water to run down wall where unit head is located. Cleared drain obstruction and flushed cleaner and hot water through drain multiple times until satisfied with drain operation. No other issues found.
