complaint of sysyem not cooling. found system very low on refrigerant charge. found exposed leak on txv equalization line. repaired leak and tested unit. system is now operating properly.
complaint of system not cooling. Found shorted dual run capicitor, replaced with oem part and tested system. system is now operating properly.
Troubleshooting a backed up drain call on a Daikin mini split unit. Found drain pan full of water and not draining. Found a piece of plastic obstructing the drain pan outlet. Removed obstruction and cleared the drain. Cleaned the drain pan and coil out. And flushed several gallons of hot water down the drain to verify good water flow. No other issues found.

A.c not cooling. Diagnostics- Found shorted compressor capacitor causing no cooling. Replaced capacitor with new and tested system. System is now showing normal operation
Working on a Lennox heat pump that is not cooling due to being locked out on high head pressure

Planned maintenance heating maintenance on 2 lennox dual fuel systems and 1 heat pump system. Got all 3 systems tuned up, filters and humidifier pads changed and checkouts completed. Systems look great at this time
