Yancy Stover, a Lennox technician was sent to our condo to setup and and pair our phones with our new AC/Heat pump system that we had installed the last week of Dec. 2021. Yancy did an excellent job of setting up, pairing our phones, and explaining how to use them and how the system works. He is in our opinion is a pleasant, polite and very patient person that really understands how the Lennox system works and is able to trouble shoot quickly when the tech info in the system doesn't want to cooperate. Being a Industrial Technology teacher for the past 40 years, I just want the company to know that you, in my opinion, you are fortunate to have a very valuable employee like Yancy Stover.
