Performed routine preventative maintenance on a 2004 Rheem RPKL-A060JAZ air conditioning system. Cleaned condenser coil fins using a Fin Groom tool and Nu-Calgon CalClean coil cleaner solution. Checked refrigerant charge by measuring subcooling and superheat temperatures, added 9 oz of R-22 to achieve 12°F subcooling. Replaced dual run capacitor with Titan Pro 35/5 MFD unit. Tested all electrical components, contactors, and safety controls. Lubricated bearings on condenser fan and blower motors using Supco SPL synthetic lubricant. Installed new 20x25x1 MERV 8 pleated air filters. Verified proper cooling operation and ample airflow across evaporator coil.
