Complaint of no heat pump operation. System only running in emergency heat. Found thermostat defective causing no heat pump operation. Replaced thermostat and tested system. System is now operating properly at this time.

Installed new high efficiency gas furnace. Tested furnace after installation for correct gas pressure and operation. System running great at this time.
Complaint of trane package unit heat pump system with blank thermostat. Diagnosis- Found low voltage short on wiring harness going to pressure switches. Solutions- Replaced 3amp fuse and reinsulated wires. Tested system and showing normal operation at this time.
Complaint of poor heating, not keeping up. Diagnosis- Found heat pump system heating as it should with cold temperatures. Went ahead and did full systems checkout. Unit looks great at this time. Informed customer it would run pretty consistently with current weather conditions. Also went over defrost operation with them.
