Called customer to have neighbor provide access through gate and into home. Performed full system inspection recorded refrigerant pressures, amp draws, operations, and system cleaning. System performing to manufacture specifications with no issues noted. Washed down condenser coil of debris and took apart electric air cleaner for service. Reset light on unit. Set thermostat to vacation mode per home owner instructions. Unsure of how long so set schedule until September 30. Homeowner can change when they return. Maintenance is complete.
