Ambient Edge came to our rescue when my grandfathers AC quit. My grandfather is 92 and upon calling they had a technician on site within 30 minutes. Our technician Brian came out and promptly discovered the issue and had our AC back up and running in under an hour. Thank you so much for such prompt, kind, and professional service! Will be using again in the future!

Great employees ! But Maximum Frustration with service !!!

We bought an air conditioner/furnace unit from Ambient Edge back in 2019. All was fine until after July 4th, the unit still worked but was unable to cool down the excessive heat we've been having. We called, they came out and told us we had a leak in the coil and that was the problem. The coil was covered by warranty but they did not have any replacement coils and the coils were on ' back order'. Three weeks later the coils were still on 'back order' and on my third trip to the office I asked them, 'what would you do if you were on my side of the counter in my situation ?' I mean I'm sure that I'm not the only customer who needs their coil replaced on their unit, and how can you not have replacement parts available during your peak season ? They kept telling me that they order the parts through Lennox and are at the mercy of when Lennox gets them in and apologized for not having any available. I offered to go online and search for a replacement coil and if I found one I would get it for them to install but they said they couldn't do that, it would void the warranty. Fortunately, one of their techs came out after our meeting and installed more freon in the unit [ at no charge ] to increase the cooling for the short term. I am very happy about their employees but really disappointed in their overall service or in this case - the lack of service. Spencer is the technician who came out and he was very professional. Thank you Spencer ! But I still need the coil installed !

Arrived on site and inspected recirc pump. Customer plugged back in and it turned on. Does not want to replace at this time. Customer stated he had a toilet that would not flush. Inspected toilet. Old Mansfield with heavy buildup. Recommended replacing and gave estimate. Customer accepted estimate. Installed AM Standard Cadet 3. New bolts, wax ring and flex line. Tested. No leaks. No issues. Flushes great. Caulked around toilet leaving space in back. No issues to report. Collected payment. Customer satisfied with todays service.

Customer has polybutylene piping and needs repioe.Will come back tomorrow to do repipe customer would like us to call her phone at 1-928-530-3634 Jean when we dispatch.Made repair on 1/2” toilet water line will come back tomorrow for repipe of 2 bath MH with new water lines,angle stops and supply lines.Customer paid half down and will pay other half when complete.Arrived on site and repiped whole house with 3/4” main water line and 1/2” branch lines to all fixtures with supply lines and angle stops,will come back tomorrow to start up pipe under sinks,install beauty rings and make sure everything is still working properly.Turned water back on checked for leaks and we are leak free.Customer paid other half so job is complete and paid I. Full.

To supply and install a new Goodman/Amana PTC093G35AXXX PTAC 9K BTU 230V 3.5KW system. Will need to recover refrigerant from current system and charge new unit. Test operation. Went to shop and picked up new PTAC. Inspected unit. Saw what was belied to be oil. Performed leak search. No leaks. Drove to site and checked in with customer. Plugged unit in to verify operations before install. Unit worked. Removed old PTAC. Installed new.

Arrived on site for plumbing.Flushed and drained water heater checked all plumbing fixtures and drainage.Everything is working properly just noticed some calcium build up.Gave customer estimate for hydroedge 48 and a tankless water heater.Customer stated they are going to go over their finances and get back to us.Maintenance is complete.

Performed maintenance and inspection on air conditioning system. Checked electrical connections and components and tested motors. Recorded amp draws refrigerant pressures and temperatures and observed operation. Customer mentioned bedroom is hot, recommended air flow test.

Arrived on site to perform cooling maintenance on Goodman split system. I checked the filter and set the thermostat into cooling. Noted to customer filter was out in the wrong way. Explained the airflow and pointed out which direction the arrow on the filter should point to. Customer did not have replacement filter at this time. I then checked temperature split, blower amps, blower assembly, blower capacitor, electrical connections, and indoor coil. I went outside and checked refrigerant levels, amp draws, connections, and capacitor readings. No issues found during this maintenance. All work is complete

Performed spring maintenance on Lennox ground set package unit. Checked amps, capacitor, motors, coils, temperature split, refrigerant levels, and cleaned condenser coil. Capacitor for the compressor is rated for 30 and testing 26.18 recommend replacing under parts warranty. System is cooling at this time.

Arrived at residence and inspected indoor blower motor for Coleman gas furnace and a Goodman condenser. Customer has concerns that the fan blower was squealing periodically and could fail. Noted stiffness of the blower motor shaft and higher than rated amp draw. Tested all capacitors and record refrigerant readings. Created estimates for either PSC motor replacement or a Evergreen universal replacement. Due to system age and R-22 refrigerant in the system, comfort consultation. Will forward paperwork to homeowner for further information. No other discrepancies noted and system was left to cool to 78.
