The team of Manny and Chris recently installed a new ductless AC in my house and did an excellent job. They removed and hauled away my old system, and installed my new system in a day and a couple of hours the next day. I found them to be very knowledgeable and professional, even through a bevy of questions from me. My old system was a bit of an eyesore, their install is a major improvement.

Arrived on site and checked in with customer verifying complaint. Was directed to reach in ice cream freezer. Unit was unplugged. Opened unit up and tested compressor for direct shorts to ground. No direct shorts to ground. Tested compressor winding insulation with megameter and it was in caution. Tested start components and they seemed to be fine. Attempted to put on hard start 3n1. Unit showed locked rotor amps of 36 amps. Compressor bad.
Performed maintenance and inspection on air conditioning. Checked electrical connections and components and tested motors. Recorded amp draws refrigerant pressures and temperatures and observed operation. See checklist. Air filter in good condition, replaced recently by customer. Everything working normally at this time. Met Ken on site and returned keys to him there.
