Arrived on site, found customer supplied rheem lp tankless water heater. Found error code 12. Removed venting and recommend upsizing. Customer agreed he’d go to Home Depot to get the parts he needs and he would do it himself.
Arrived on site and tested cutstimer kitchen sink drain, found that when you try to drain the sink it instantly air locks and backs up, customer did not want us to install new air vent, collected service fee for today
Arrived on site, spoke with tech service on video call and got tank warranty out, unfortunately customer does not wanna pay fee to have installed and picked up from las vegas
Spoke to rinnai tech support and they said they will approve to pay for 1 hour labor and the rest is on the customer, will need to return for video call will tech support to confirm issue and possible warranty tank spoke to Gerry about hourly charger after 1 hour that he will be responsible
Case # 393015 rinnai V65i called tech service an waited 2 hrs on call, I believe they have closed now, preformed necessary troubleshooting tests and recorded data for tech support, will have to call customer or return wheWhen tech-support returns my call for possible warranty of parts or unit, will call customer with solution
