Spring maintenance performed on Daikin single zone minisplit. Checked electrical and mechanical components, recorded refrigerant readings, and measured temperature split. Tested and labeled correctly breaker for minisplit. No discrepancies noted and maintenance is completed.

Performed spring maintenance on mini split with three heads and a Trane split system. Checked amps, capacitors, refrigerant levels, cleaned filters, brushed off evaporator coils, and cleaned the condenser coil. The mini split heads have really dirty blower wheels recommend cleaning. All systems are cooling at this time.
Arrived on site and looked at what customer had going on, gave quote to repair 1 1/2” abs approx 5 ft and install new connections, trench and fill dirt in, customer said she will attempt herself and call if she has issues, she will need a
Arrived on site and inspected water heater. Bled gas line and purged air from the system. Customer stated propane was off for a little while a couple weeks ago and that’s when it went out. Lit pilot and tank fired with no issues. Price includes dispatch fee and price to light pilot.

Arrived on site customer had multiple leaks on there propane tank tightened fittings some leaks stopped and other keep going. Due to age put in for replacement.

Maintenance completed. Large mini split. Two heads in Separate rooms. All electrical components are in good working condition. Both heads are running well. Found rats nest in the main unit. After full inspection no chewed or destroyed wires were found. Unit is currently running. No issues found.
