I lost the fan on my A/C unit. I called and they were able to schedule a technician later that day. He arrived with a partner and they got to work and found the capacitor on the fan was not functioning properly. They replaced it and checked the refrigerant on my outside unit. Within a few hours, the system was back online and cooling my house properly. Both of the techs appeared very professional and explained as they went along with the diagnosis. I was very pleased with all they did.
