Replaced softener and RO. Artic water is an outstanding co to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented! Units were professionally installed checked out and Evan came back month later to insure systems were working properly, which they were. Wow! Phil came out as a result of automatic system surveillance he monitors .Unknown to me our ac system experienced a low temp condition that was caught by on board computer and relayed to Arctic Bear. Phil ran a diagnostic check and determined the most probably cause was my failure to remove and replace air filter - I forgot! I modified my service contract to include additional filter replacements such that the ac heat pump system maintenance is invisible to me from a worry and hands on viewpoint. I LOVE the fact that the Trane system has built in test circuits and can communicate system performance electronically to office such that Phil is aware and can perform service as needed. Phil has the knowledge and communication skills to explain complicated technical matters such that his customer understands problems and solutions. Phil Dun Gud!

Phil goes out of his way to think ahead based on past experiences with our unit. He leak tested the drain pan on air handler to insure proper condition. Testing of outside compressor was done with computer and Bluetooth instruments for state of the art evaluation!
