Phil was outstanding. He did a very thorough cleaning of a dirty fuel oil furnace. It looks almost like new (it's 15 years old as I learned today). Phil also cleaned around the furnace area - so well that I will need to clean the rest of our basement to match it LOL. Thanks Phil & Arctic Bear!
