Finding good customer service these days is difficult. Artic Bear was extremely courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. As an example, the day they were coming for the install, he was running an hour late due to an accident backing up traffic. They called to inform me immediately and provided an accurate revised time. Day after the install they came back to ensure everything was performing properly.

We selected Arctic Bear based on their staff's knowledge and professionalism during our in-home consultation and their competing prices. Our installation took a little longer than expected, but our installer stayed past his normal hours until the job was complete. The staff followed up with us to make sure our system was working as designed and even made some adjustments to make the system perform better at no additional cost. Our system has been in service for a little over a month now and we are pleased with our decision.
