The service team came when they said they would. They spent 2 days removing our old heat pumps and installing new efficient air pumps, and all the necessary accessories, wrapped our ducts and cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how to work the new thermostats, explained everything very clearly. Altogether, it was a great experience.
