Tim is professional, thoroughly checked my system and explained everything as he went along. He did not push us in tackling services/repairs like other technician have done in the past. He gave us his honest opinion on what/when to expect, without the pressure, Which we appreciate. The only downside, not related to technician but the company itself, The price has gone up tremendously and that is a big turn off at this point.

Boiler failed to light after couple cold nights. Jeremy arrived in couple hours to fix the problem. While initially was unfamiliar with the Utica boiler and the system status codes he did a cleaning of all crucial ignition and burner tubes and operating normally. I chose the Gold membership and he did a system check of AC same time and discovered critical switching & capacitor we needed. His expert knowledge was clearly on display regarding AC function and I was happy to proactively tackle this before summer heat. After 2 hours of diagnostic and repair work I am very pleased/relieved with the service and would highly recommend Arctic Sun.

Woke up at 4 am, 22 degrees outside and no heat. Called my service provider and Arctic Sun eas sent out in their place. Arctic Sun turned out to be a lifesaver! The technician eas professional, courteous and highly skilled. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it! All my questions were answered and Arctic Sun honored my previous provider's service contract which saved me bundled, given that it was the weekend and an emergency repair! I will definitely use Arctic Sun again!
