Sam was professional and I immediately felt he was being honest with me about the way my humidifier should be working and what he was going to do to fix it and game me the cost up front before he did any work. I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" me more than what I needed and the cost was reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my humidifier quickly and efficiently, explaining everything to me. He was very patient with me while I asked a bunch of questions, all of which he answered clearly and succinctly for a "lay" person like myself to clearly understand. I will not hesitate to call Artic Sun again in the future.

Service on 3 gas furnace clean furnace and clean flame sensor check filter check thermostat check capacitor check blower motor and inducer motor check all safety switches heat exchanger everything working good on heat.
Checked motors, blower, wiring, vacuum switches and tubing, thermostat, flue, cleaned burners and flame sensor. Everything working properly
Heat check x2. Found filter very dirty and customer will get a new one. Otherwise all good at his time.
Service on 2 heating systems clean furnace clean filter clean flame sensor check heat exchanger check all electrical wires check thermostat and capacitor,auxiliary heat and comes and blower motor,inducer motor,freon. Clean humidifier and put new pad 35, everything working good on heat.
After diagnose found furnace need multiple repair, recommendation to replace due to age and shape and need multiple repairs.
Customer called heat not working three-year-old furnace after diagnose i found very dirty filter he did not change last three years, I put new filter reset the furnace call working good. Recommend to replace filter every two months.
