Tim was very professional and courteous. As I asked questions, he explained in detail the answer. I also want to comment on the fact that the office gave us a courtesy call that tim was running a bit behind, I so appreciate businesses that do that, it is a big factor for me when it comes to customer service. Plumbing inspection found expansion tank full and a hose faucet bad. Customer agreed to replace both.
