We hadn't had heat for a couple of days. Arctic Sun was the fastest responder on porch.com and they had a technician over right away. Sam was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and he had the issue diagnosed in less than 20 minutes. He offered several options and got me going short term with the solution I found most economical presently. Ac not working after diagnose found dirty drain line that way safety switches turn off Ac. I clean drain lines and turn on system all working good.
