My first experience with Arctic Air was completely positive. My call was answered promptly, service scheduled at my first request and Tim, the service technician was prompt, courteous, neat and thorough. He signed me up for monthly payments that will cover an AC tuneup in the spring and my next oil burner service in the fall. Our AC broke the day before 9 out of town family members arrived to stay at my house for a funeral. Arctic Sun saw the problem we had and responded with a service person out within an hour. Service was quick and we were back running. Tim was, again, awesome to work with, quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He was kind and very professional.

Tim has methodically diagnosed non functioning AC, and was able to pin down the cause of an apparent electrical problem to an electric cable, damaged by an animal. The diagnostics of the problem required experience and took most of the time, fixing the problem was easy.

Checked motors, capacitors, blower, elements, wiring, thermostat, contactor, defrost, refrigerant. Found disconnect over sized. Replace with new 30 amp disconnect. Everything working properly
