Checked 2 duel fuel systems. Everything working properly at this time. Recommend Carbon monoxide alarms
Maintenance on trane and Amana heat pumps.
Service on Goodman air conditioning systems clean drain lines clean outdoor coil clean filter check blower motor and compressor check thermostat all working good
Install new flame sensor on gas furnace. Start and check system. Everything working properly
Service gas furnaces and heat pumps. Check motors, capacitors, contractors, gas valves, limits, vacuum switches, filters, thermostats. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Check refrigerant. Replaced capacitor on blower in basement and have ordered a flame sensor for the same system. Upstairs system return flex was down. Reinstalled.
Maintenance on Goodman ac. Replaced contactor, capacitor, and schrader core.
Installing a drip leg in gas line, required by code for all automatic fired devices.
No heat. Found glue clogged and until vacuuming out furnace wouldn’t stay lit. After vacuum system performed flawlessly at this time.
Replaced Trane heatpump and coil with amana heatpump and coil.
