I decided to call Astar after noticing a leaky pipe in our basement. I also wanted to inquire about replacing our direct water heater. The answering service was pleasant and it was easy to set up an appointment. During the first visit, Noah was great in diagnosing the issue and educating me on how my system worked (new homeowner). He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I signed up for the Service Agreement as it made sense. I had a similar experience during the second visit with Greg and Kyle. In addition to fixing the pipe and replacing the heater, they even repiped another part of the system to make future maintenance easier. Again, courteous, professional, and clearly experienced. High-quality work at a reasonable price -- no surprises. I'm happy staying with Astar for future service and would recommend them to others.
