Taylor the tech arrive in the time frame he said he would and set right to work. He did some quick diagnostics and found that the condenser fan had not been installed correctly by a previous service tech from a different company. He corrected that issue and installed a starter kit. We'll see if that helps with the electric bill. I feel like Taylor did a good job and addressed the issue as best as it could have been. I have no complaints about his service. My only issue was the final bill. I felt it was kind of high for what he did but everything is expensive now so it may just be me out of touch with real costsl
