Performed (1) system maintenance and gave an estimate on what it would be to take care of his microbial growth problem.
Arrived to a no cooling call. The capacitor on outdoor unit s failed. Replaced capacitor and installed a surge protector to help protect the equipment from surges.

Richard arrived to find he had a bad coil in the airhandler on unit. Worked with the Home Warranty and got a new one installed
