The response time was amazing! We lost our heat and within 1.5 hours of calling Baker arrived at our house plus it was after hours. He was very pleasant and was able to determine this issue within 15 min. I highly recommend Autumn air heatin and cooling

We thought we just needed a minor repair. Turns out we had a leak in a coil and the part was going to be half the price of a new unit! We were not prepared to purchase a whole new unit, but they worked with us to help us get financing through Alabama Power and offered an option for other financing. They gave us a good deal, and filled the low freon so we wouldn't "smolder" until the new unit could be installed the next day.

Performed (1) system maintenance. Found several issues with the system. System was not heating upon arrival. Customer has chosen to upgrade their system instead of fixing it. We will upgrade their equipment tomorrow.
Found system low on 410A refrigerant, leak searched and found possible leak at the evaporator coil. ASAP with 410a, get system working and leak search again to verify where the leak is. Returned on 18th and recharged the Amana heat pump and leak searched, no leak found. The system was repaired on the 14th and was working both heat and cooling, in two days 3lbs. of refrigerant was lost with no leak?

Arrived at customers house to address no heat issue, Found bad control wire, replaced wire with new.. System running properly at this time
