Joel came out and saved us money and hassle. If it had been anyone else trying to sell us on any work, never mind the full system install we ended up going with, we likely would not have gotten any work done at all. We were tight on money and Joel was compassionate and reasonable in the quote he gave us. The technicians they sent out were obviously of the highest professional bearing and seemingly the highest technical proficiency. We have had no issues and only praise for this company so far.
