The crew took measures to keep the house clean during the install. Everything was installed as quoted, and they put in extra work to install a drainage system for the gas furnace. After the install Zach walked us through all the work, demonstrating the furnace and heatpump working, and explained the use of the thermostat. Our furnace died the night before and with 3 kids in the middle of winter, we were in a pickle!! We called them first thing in the morning and they had someone come before noon to come and assess. The furnace was very old and we needed a new one. We were so fortunate enough because they cancelled one of their other appointments to come help a family in need! Furnace Service Call: Description: - Furnace is short cycling by turning on and then off within a couple of mins; I have opened the furnace and there has been some standing water in the bottom of the upper compartment that appears to be coming from the combustion air inducer. Furnace has not been services in some time so it would also not surprise me if there is build up on flame sensor.
