We called and within an hour or so someone was out to the house. Corey (sp?) jumped right in and started identifying all the issues that had led up to our leak. He fixed the problems while explaining everything to me. He told me what to look for in the future, and what I can do on my own to maintain our furnace and AC. Corey, Technician, came to our home today within the said time and got right to work. He maintenanced our heater and humidifier. We suddenly had a leaking humidifier pump that he made a second trip out (same day) to replace. His estimates for needed parts were accurate and clearly understood on the invoices. Our new pump is incredibly quiet and our home is staying just as warm as it was. We intended to and signed up for their annual service plan as I was overall very satisfied. Would recommend!
