Corey, Technician, came to our home today within the said time and got right to work. He maintenanced our heater and humidifier. We suddenly had a leaking humidifier pump that he made a second trip out (same day) to replace. His estimates for needed parts were accurate and clearly understood on the invoices. Our new pump is incredibly quiet and our home is staying just as warm as it was. We intended to and signed up for their annual service plan as I was overall very satisfied. Would recommend!

Dave was very helpful in explaining what we may do to remedy our high heating bills. He is so experienced that he knew after a short question period what our problem was. He took time to show me where our problems were showing up in heating the house. He was also considerate of our financial situation and is ready to make appropriate suggestions.
