Not Being Taken Advantage Of Anymore!!!!

I had been using another company to do my ac and heating work for a while at my home, rentals and business. I always thought loyalty was best but while remodeling from the flood we decided to have spray foam installed throughout the house walls and attic. my bad! the insulation people didn't tell me that it would then require all kinds of changes and "my" ac people just saw it as a way to get extra money out of me and not really giving me clear answers except of how that would be extra $$ (or at least that's how it felt to me anyway). UNTIL I met Jeremy from Baton Rouge Air Conditioning & Heating. VERY knowledgeable and very honest. He came out, assessed the situation and then helped me get a plan of action together for the work that needed to be done to get the house air conditioned & heated. His install crew were very courteous and efficient. they didn't leave a huge mess, cleaned up after themselves and everything! I would rate this a great company with great workers and Jeremy is the best!!!! No matter the time that I called about something he has always made himself available (even when he was sick!, hats dedication!!!!) to address anything that was going on. Once I had an issue with the outside unit wasn't coming on and he had someone out there really quickly to investigate the issue. Unbeknownst to us...the electrician had turned off the breaker and it made it to where the unit wouldn't run. Why??? Nobody knows...I can't give Jeremy and this company any higher recommendation than all 5 stars in all aspects of my experience with them because that's all that is allowed. But even if there was a 10 star rating it still wouldn't be enough!!!!
