I have had Rob out to my house several times to address concerns with my ancient HVAC. Once last winter when the heat pump was not working and recently when the unit struggled to keep the house cool in the summer heat. At that time it became apparent that it was time to replace the system. I was given estimates and he explained different options. They had to schedule me for a later date due to their busy workload, which to me is an indication they are respected and in demand. Rob has made sure that this old system keeps up until they can install the new one. To me and my neighbors, Bay Area is the only one to call.
