Pictures of water damage molding on attic entrance fell off and cover for access needs to be replaced and maybe a foot of dry wall for front of access need replaced job will probably use a half sheet of drywall
Maintenance completed. Checked all electrical connections, amp draws and refrigerant levels. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils with coil cleaner. Treated drain pan with antimicrobial spray and pan tablets. Flushed drain line out and treated with dawn soap. Found weak capacitor, rated for 45/5. 41/2.5 when tested. Recommended replacement. Customer will wait till next season to replace.
1st year warranty Drain line not glued and or connected in armoflex causing it to drip and make puddle in master closet glued and taped drain together and adjusted drain line had a belly not allowing it to drain unit draining at this time
Set up thermostat for auto heat and cool System came up and ran no problems found with drain or otherwise.

Checked operation of unit, found unit a little low on charge were out last year for low charge. Customer opted to gas up system, fan motor over heated while was working on unit. Replaced fan motor. Unit is running normally at this time.

Found and replaced the burned two fuse links for the electric heater, checked operations.
A fuse blown,replace with new, SYSTEM OPERATING AND FUNCTIOING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME
Pkg installed Rainy day. Unit needs to have small duct cover installed Have installing techs take care of or send 2 technicians. Adjust thermostat temp 2.5° to calibrate shows 69 on 2 tempature devices.
