Tech did what he could since the water was turned off to the house; In the past years techs had a pump garden sprayer to clean the coils inside and outside. This tech did not have a sprayer therefore the coils did not get cleaned.but the full price was charged. Only got half the job so why not half the price?

Hi John, A spray pump. which he should have, is to apply coil cleaner, which needs to be sprayed off with water pressure to clean and remove the chemicals. please call us when the water is available to clean the coils.
