I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I have used them several times over the past number of years and they have always been exceptionally responsive and reasonably priced. This was put to the test this past weekend. Our air conditioning went out at a house we had guests at about 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. We called their emergency number and they had someone at our house in about 30 mins on a Saturday night. Unable to fix it that night because they needed a new pump, they were back early the following Sunday morning to complete the repairs. Because of them our guests’ weekend was saved from being ruined. This company has great customer service and highly qualified technicians. Highly recommend them. They are the ONLY air conditioning company we use in the Crystal River area and they have certainly earned our loyalty.
