Checked operation of unit, cleaned unit, unit is running normally at this time.
Checked operation of unit, found unit low on gas, unit is over 20 yrs old and runs off r22, recommend replacement.
System old and in poor condition spacer plate for evaporator is rotted out and missing inside package unit also one disconnect is also bad, suggest replacement over repairs left estimate for new equipment, customer purchased new eqi.

Checked heat controls and operations. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils. Cleared condensate drain and treated pan. Found no issues during this visit. Annual service clean and check system, flush drain a strain. Adjusted float switch height float switch height.. System flow on refrigerant But has not been maintained in several years adjusted refrigerant and do not suspect a leak at this time.
