Very expensive UV light. Huge markup. Also technician needs to be more careful with ladder. Almost took out a very expensive chandelier.
We got the usual great service for our annual maintenance plus help troubleshooting a possible leak in the drain from our air handling unit.

System old and in poor condition spacer plate for evaporator is rotted out and missing inside package unit also one disconnect is also bad, suggest replacement over repairs left estimate for new equipment, customer purchased new eqi.

Annual service clean and check system, flush drain a strain. Adjusted float switch height float switch height.. System flow on refrigerant But has not been maintained in several years adjusted refrigerant and do not suspect a leak at this time.
