Performance system diagnostic on the rooftop commercial unit #9832 , upon arrival, main power of shopping plaza was out due a power outage, afterwards power restored , breaker was tripped, traced main power and high voltage not present in the rooftop system, unit have several fuses that need replacement, called property owner several times, no calls were answered

Went over the customer's concerns with her air flow and humidity control. Turned on the super dehumidification and showed the customer the operations of each mode. (100% cooling, 80% dehum mode, and 60% super dehumidification.) Customer may want us to come back to set the CFM pin to Lo instead of Norm.

Upon arrival the tenants said that it would start to freeze up when they dropped set point to 73. I checked filter and there was no filter. I checked pressures and subcooling and was a little low. I went to airhandler to check coil. There was an existing access in return plenum so I removed tape and found coil very dirty. I cleaned coil and then vacuumed all the dirt from pan so drainline would drain. I rechecked pressures and then added 1 lb R22 refrigerant. The evaporator coil is not in good condition but I feel it is as clean as I can get it at this time.

Installed temporary blower motor in system set to be replaced in September.
