Found the system low on r410a. Added three lbs and brought the charge to 11 degree Subcooling
Cleaned drain line took off panel to coil cleaned pan out and put dawn dish liquid in drain line. Made sure unit is draining. Also customer wanted silver contract
Called customer on phone, customer just needs estimate on doing away with duct in the garage and to check Master run,and quote repairs if needed
Wasn't able to remove the old line set. Rediagnosed the system to find that the copper line set and evaporator coil has no leak at all. Leaving pressures 158 / 325 21 degree superheat 2 year bay area labor warranty.
Found drain backed up. Cleaned, flushed and treated drain. System now draining properly. System cooling
Upon arrival found compressor not running. Located shorted dual run capacitor. Replaced capacitor and restarted cooling. Checked refrigerant level 40+5 dual run capacitor.
Found that the interior duct work is leaking air within the walls of the manufactured home.the vents are condensating.
Found defrost board not sending voltage to run fan motor. Bypassed defrost board to get system working.. Cost to replace board is $540. Customer is going to wait on repair at this time.
Found a clogg within the drain line. Removed the piping and cleared the clogg. Treated, flushed, and tested the drain system. Warranty No Charge

found water in emergency overflow switch causing system to shut down. Cleaned out drain with shop vac. Restarted and tested cooling and drain line.
