Found a leak at a tee fitting. Also the muffler is bad damaged due to the sprinkler system that's been running on it. Will order that part and schedule two technicians to come out.
Found the system on low pressure lockout. Added 6 lbs of 410a and will need to return to complete a leak search. Left the pressures at 133/285 11 degree Subcooling.
Found the system leaking at the condenser coil. Will need to reschedule to complete the repair. Completed the maintenance inspection.
Found a bad blower motor. Replaced the blower motor and tested the systems operation. Added less than a pound of 410a.
Installed 12 inch jumper duct from main trunk line to mixing box and relocated original jumper duct further down on main trunk to achieve more airflow to three doctors offices that were previously getting no airflow at all. Also added dampers to two supply vents in waiting area to be able to control airflow. Disconnected supply vent near thermostat and capped Warranty
Added some boot rails and put the exhaust fan in position. Added the cover and uploaded a photo.
