Every technician and representative of Bay Area Air Conditioning that we dealt with were extremely polite and knowledgeable. All of our concerns and questions were answered and each one we had contact with made sure we understood everything.
As long as you continue to provide great technical services at reasonable prices I will continue to remain a customer and recommend you to my friends and family.

Response from Bay Area Air Conditioning, Inc. - New Port Richey:
Thank you!!
Steve was excellent! He accessed both a/c units carefully and was able to figure out the problem and solve it. He took time to explain how to maintain units so they perform to their maximum potential. I honestly thought both units had to be replaced and was ready to bite the bullet and replace them, however Steve was honest and said they at least have 4 years left. I feel other companies would have taken advantage of the situation, but not Bay Area conditioning. Thank you for such great service !
