This has to be one of the best service calls I have ever made. From a late afternoon online chat, to a next morning follow up call, to a tech out to service the hvac. Then a return trip to change filters and make sure everything was working correctly. And then a call from the tech to tell me what he did and that everything looked great. PERFECT!

Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils as well as drain line and treated drain pan with antimicrobial agent. Checked all electrical connections and amp draws as well as refrigerant circuit pressures and temperatures. Found system with extraordinarily high static pressure on the supply side. Went and looked at duct work and found supply plenum quite restrictive, and that the supply duct itself is only 14". Based on the tonnage of the unit it would require a 16" supply duct. Spoke with customer about duct problem and she decided to go with our recommendation. Put in work order for us to come back.
