Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils as well as drain line and treated drain pan with antimicrobial agent. Checked all electrical connections and amp draws as well as refrigerant circuit pressures and temperatures. Recommended customer change filter more frequently. System is running and draining fine.
System has leaking flare joints from the condensing unit and from the evaporator. Oil running from inside unit down lineset to outdoor unit. Getting bubbles at outdoor unit on liquid line connection. It would be best for us to redo all four to be sure no more problems will persist.

Gave quote for and built plan to run new thermostat wire for two systems.
14 Seer Carrier split straight cool air conditioners with 10kw electric heat digital thermostat. All new safety switches and auxiliary pants for indoor units. Concrete hurricane pads for outside system. All labor material and permits for complete job. Units will have a one-year parts and labor warranty
Re-settable fuse not blown at time of arrival. Customer informed me that he noticed the thermostat slightly off of the wall plate and that after he reconnected it, the display came back. System has 24 Volts to the thermostat. Opened the cover to the thermostat several times and discovered it is quite loose. Replacement of the thermostat would be going overboard due to type and cost. Recommending customer either leave cover completely open or pushing back onto the plate after every time touching it.
System has a partially clogged drain line, poured a gallon on water down drain line to verify. Drain line took it all but some clumps of debris came out and system is draining better. Customer wants nephew to unclog drain line himself to save on charge. Ensured pepper low voltage going to all systems and that electrical connections are tight. System is running fine.
Service call completed, upon arrival, check system operations and refrigerant pressure, noticed extremely head pressure and suction side higher than normal, during diagnostic found condenser coil covered with dog hair and debris, cleaned condenser coil and check electrical components, after condenser coil clean , pressure starter to normalized according to the manufacturer specifications, system is operating well at this time

Checked all electrical connections and amp draws as well as refrigerant circuit pressures and temperatures. Compressor was pulling high amps and the thermostat wire was exposed. Replaced capacitor due to being weak and cleaned up and trimmed thermostat wire to prevent low voltage shorts. Unit is running fine.

Thermostat with shutting off and on anytime it was touched. Heat strips are also engaging while the system was Cooling. Trimmed back thermostat wire and shortened it up and cleaned up the connections. Ran and tested system to ensure that heat strips were not going to kick in. System is running and cooling fine
