Customer informed me that she turned her ac off at night and went to work without turning it back on. She lives in a mobile home. I informed her that due to high humidity in Florida it can take a while for an ac unit to bring temperature down due to the high heat content of moisture air. Her unit is running fine.

Have gone through entire system, verifying and calibration of airflow, ensuring static pressures are good, performed leak check, checked amp draws (compressor had slightly high amp draws), superheat and subcool are fine. However unit has consistently low suction pressure. Suspected bad practices in regards to install of unit and replacement of compressor several years ago. No other apparent problems. Will inform customer to keep home warmer than 71 at night to prevent freeze up. Leaving estimates.

Service call completed, system coils are extremely impacted with rust , drain and flush condensation line, check system operations, unit is way past the life expectancy, drain line may clogged again due the excess amount of rust , strongly recommended to replace system
