I purchased a new system approximately 3 years ago and choose to have a preventative maintenance done annually just to help prevent any unforeseen issues. Everyone that I have spoken with whether at the office or those employees coming out to do the work have always been very courteous, professional, efficient and helpful. I don’t think I could have made a better choice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Customer called due to no cool found system completely out of refrigerant. Leak searched system found leak in evaporator coil did not find a leak anywhere else no guarantee there is a leak somewhere else. Quoting evaporator coil replacement and or system replacement. System is not operating at this time.
Tune up complete cleaned both indoor and outdoor coils checked system operations in cooling all ok. Cleared drain flushed with dawn and water verified system draining on its own added condensate tablets to drain pan. System operating and draining correctly at this time.
Customer will have four in Chase pipe materials at job and ditch previously dug for us no guarantee on system eqi running
Return to job site and replaced trane EEV board, tested equipment operations, system started operating and shut down immediately, check electronic meter device solenoid and wiring, used board pins to engaged meter device, after resetting several time , system stayed operating normal with refrigerant pressure 120/315 , advised client if problem persists the meter device solenoid need replacement , no action was taken at this time

This is An Estimate to Install A New Carrier 15 seer Package Unit Heat Pump. This estimate includes all materials, labor, a new thermostat, and a 10 year parts and labor warranty.
Customer Called due to garage mini split not operating found system completely out of refrigerant. Leak searched system found leak in condenser coil. Customers son does air conditioning and installed mini split customer is going to go through his son to order part. Customer will contact Bay Area if needed for repair. System not operating at this time.
This is An Estimate to Install A New Carrier 14 seer Package Unit Heat Pump.
Customer called due to system not operating in cooling when I arrived everything was operating except compressor. Found system to have a bad 45/5 dual capacitor replaced capacitor compressor would still not come on. Felt compressor did not feel warm used water hose to cool compressor anyway just in case. Could not get compressor to start compressor is pulling LRA and will not turn to start. Used hard start kit to get compressor to turn over would not operate. Found system to have a bad compressor. Left new capacitor on unit for compressor replacement. Ordering new compressor office will contact customer with scheduling. System is not operating at this time.
System had a clogged drain line, tripping the float switch and shutting off the unit. Cleared the clog and cleaned out the drain pan, drain line, and condensate pump. Treated all with antimicrobial agents. Ran and tested system which is draining fine.
Spoke with customer who informed me that compressor was making wierd sound in start up and shutting off. Checked capacitor which was weak. Put in a new one and ran system. While running the system it began pumping down. Verified airflow and everything is good. Suspected leak. Performed leak search with no findings. Ran system and put a pound of refrigerant in to see if pressures would change, the system continued to pump down until it shut off on low pressure control. Found troubleshooting manual from Trane and went through all flow charts. Temperature sensor checks are good, resistance on the coil is good, the EEV will open with the test open function and the suction pressure returns to normal and when testing to close the system pumps down as it should. The system needs a new expansion valve control board. Part quote request form has been filled out and estimates left.

Discovered a leak in the discharge line. Was in a difficult spot so I cut it out and built a new section of tubing with a filter drier. Brazed it in and checked for further leaks and found none. Swept the system with nitrogen and pulled a deep vacuum down to 400 microns that held for ten minutes. Had to change vacuum pump oil 2 times and use a whole bottle of nitrogen to remove all moisture from the system. Charged the system or manufacturers recommendations, ran and tested system. Compressor is pulling slightly high amps at 8/13.5 with a good capacitor. Otherwise unit is running fine.
