Great Service

I purchased a new system approximately 3 years ago and choose to have a preventative maintenance done annually just to help prevent any unforeseen issues. Everyone that I have spoken with whether at the office or those employees coming out to do the work have always been very courteous, professional, efficient and helpful. I don’t think I could have made a better choice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Service call completed, upon arrival check system operations, noticed unit low on charge , evaporator coil is extremely impacted with rust, advised client systems conditions, at this time just add charge the system ,advised client systems will stop operating due a refrigerant leak , send invoices to mailing address

Service call completed, blower motor stuck in the on position, client brought the unit used , according to the serial number system not on warranty since have a second owner and different address of system registered, send quotes for blower motor or module replacement

Service call completed, conducted a ductwork inspection, during diagnostic noticed on th e supply metal ductwork has leaks through the duct system, found a supply duct disconnected on the kitchen area also found a return ductwork open in the attic, system is operating well st this time but ductwork need replacement, spoke with service manager and pictures are in the property files

Upon arrival system wasn't cooling properly according to the client , during diagnostic noticed coil extremely dirty, advised client systems conditions and proceed with a system tune up, clean evaporator coil and condenser coil, removed debris from drain pan and check refrigerant pressure and electrical components, all systems vitals are good at this time

Provided with new systems quote on the email on file , all quote included 10 years parts and 1 year labor warranty, next installation date will be July 2nd , call office to lockdown the install date , financing options are available

Maintenance completed, open system service panels, cleaned drain line , check system electrical components and refrigerant pressure, during the maintenance notice refrigerant pressure way below the normal specifications, unit also draw higher energy consumption, advised client systems conditions and performance, system is not operating well, evaporator coil and compressor shown moderate signs of rust, send on the emon file estimate for system replacement, call office scheduled a installation date

Service call completed, check system operations, no problem found at this time, during diagnostic noticed heavy slimes deposit on the safe switch, system may shut down due a clogged drain line , client stated that he will take care the drain line, recommended to replace air filter regularly and scheduled a system tune up

Charged the pounds of 410a into system due to being low. Performed leak check. Leak was found at line set connecting to air handler. No charge for refrigerant per Dale. Will come back to repair leak.

Maintenance completed , upon arrival drain line immediately shut off system, cleaned up and flush condensation line several times , heavily slimes and debris were in the drain line also removed several water trap , check system operations, all systems vitals are good at this time
