I purchased a new system approximately 3 years ago and choose to have a preventative maintenance done annually just to help prevent any unforeseen issues. Everyone that I have spoken with whether at the office or those employees coming out to do the work have always been very courteous, professional, efficient and helpful. I don’t think I could have made a better choice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Service call completed, supply duct was detached from the split Mobil home collar, reattached duct work , check temperature reading on the vents, system is cooling properly and air flow are coming from the vents, client may have a creature that is destroying the duct work, recommended to call a exterminator, system is cooling at this time
Service call completed, unit not cooling properly, found a heavily clogged air filter and a weak dual capacitor, advised clients system condition, replace capacitor and clean coil with water , check and tested equipment operation, system is cooling at the moment , recommended to replace air filter regularly

The existing system show signs of lighting damage in the air handler and condensing unit
Service call completed, client stated system wasn't cooling the day before, check electrical components and refrigerant pressure, unit are ove 15 years old, system are impacted with rust and draw high energy consumption, refrigerant leaks and drain line clogged may occur due system age and life expectancy, send system replacement quote on the email on file
Service call completed, upon arrival blower module not energized , replace module and tested equipment, system is cooling at this time, advised clients to scheduled a maintenance for the system
No one home , called client several time , rescheduled thermostat installation
