Inspected ductwork underneath trailer, found outer liner ripped in a few sections, inner line is still intact. Vapor barrier company told customer they felt air coming out of duct, however both supply ducts are in great shape. Told customer we would charge $425 to replace 14" return duct if she wanted. If she decides to have this done send me and another guy.
Service call completed, upon arrival tenant stated smoke was coming from vent, indoor fan motor was replaced recently bu homeowner, open system service panels notice run capacitor short and according to the technical data of blower motor need it a lower MFD capacitor than can cause blowers motor to seized or burnt out, system is 23 years old and is in very poorly condition, strongly recommended to replace system
Tagged door called and left voicemail customer did not answer phone or door rescheduling to return and perform mini split tune up.
Tune up complete cleaned both indoor and outdoor coils checked system operations in heating all ok. Cleared drain flushed with dawn and water verified system draining on its own added condensate tablets to drain pan. System operating and draining correctly at this time.

Tune up. Clean .condensing unit and wax.clean 0ut drain line with Dawn and water. Check static pressure and. Check operation and it's working good at this time. Check Refrigeration pressure please email receipt to customer
Completed annual Maintenance. Check all electrical connections, amp draws and refrigerant pressures. System is operating at this time. Customer given estimate for duct cover.
This is An Estimate to Install A New Carrier 14.5 seer Package Unit Heat Pump.
Found that during a call for heat, compressor would energize. Verified that system is not heat pump. Went to thermostat and changed programming to conventional AC with one heat. Tested thermostat operations after change. System was working appropriately, heat strips energized without compressor. Pulled thermostat off wall and installed AA batteries to retain programming. Verified that programming was still correct after buttoning up system. System is operating correctly at this time.
