Discovered a crack in the primary drain pan as well as a suction line that is not completely insulated and the plenum that is starting to detach from the air handler. All of these things combined are causing drippage on a supply duct that is causing water spots on the ceiling. Built an estimate for the customer for replacement of the drain pan and all the work that needs to be done to stop this problem from occurring. Emailed the estimate to the customer who will decide what they want to do and call Bay Area back.
