Although our service tech, (and I am horrible with names, but I believe his name is Randy), has only been to my mothers home twice, both times he has shown absolute professionalism, and at the same time a down-home feel and connecting with the customer. Even on his first visit he went above and beyond his normal duties in helping us to retrieve a quadcopter from the neighbor's tree that had decided to take its own Flight Plan. He has always got right to the problem, and then made sure the customer knew exactly what was going on and what he did to resolve any issues, if there were any, or explained to my mother and myself that the system was running at Peak Performance.
