Found wire to,air handler under, not in lug at breaker panel. Secured wire, all operating properly.
Prior serv on Sept 1 ,Drain tested ok; found spoon build up in primarily pan at drain connection Vacuumed clear & treated with Viper
Found system off on float switch safety. Cleaned out and flushed drain line blocked with algae. Added drain tablets and viper pan spray. Restarted cooling and tested drain line.
Unit cutting off on float switch, snaked drain outlet, flushed drain and added drain solve.
Completed the maintenance inspection. The customer was having drainage issues. Flushed, treated, and tested the drain system. Found a weak capacitor. 80/7.5 - reading 73.9/4.1
Contactor intermittently bobbles. Monitored voltage coming into outdoor unit, no drop when occured. Voltage dropped from board to contactor. Need new defrost control board.
Filled out job replacement sheet . 2 special notes are that he needs new thermostat 6 wire run, about 20 feet. And wants to reroute the drain line to go through his garage wall, the current one runs from his garage, underground to his pool area.
