I'e been dealing with Bay Area for 23 years now. Always well pleased with their service and prices. Never had a problem with a repair. Good, solid business. When the founder sold out some years ago, I was afraid service might suffer, but from my perspective, that has not happened. It's like the original owners were still in charge.

You have been servicing our A/C for the past 14yrs.on more. Plus in between then you installed a brand new system. We even had you do the Aero seal on our previous house. Back then we had major leaks totaling to about %25 between supply and return air. After then it was reduced down to about %2. Yes we did feel the difference in the house, and in our pocket. Great service, and friendly knowledgeable techs.
