Found defrost board not sending voltage to run fan motor. Bypassed defrost board to get system working.. Cost to replace board is $540. Customer is going to wait on repair at this time.
Float switch tripped. Reset and treat drain. System operating at this time. Customer supplied thermostat for upstairs, install and program. System operating at this time. Waived dispatch fee, recall.
Found a clogg within the drain line. Removed the piping and cleared the clogg. Treated, flushed, and tested the drain system. Warranty No Charge
Upon arrival I removed ecobee controller serial # 521728856462. I replaced it with a NHP SERIAL 1121M091081. I tested all dunctions and explained all operations of stat to homeowner.

found water in emergency overflow switch causing system to shut down. Cleaned out drain with shop vac. Restarted and tested cooling and drain line.

Installed bypass damper for zone system . Previous damper was not controlling air flow at all. Adjusted damper. Static pressure on return is .5 wc when smallest zone the 2nd floor is running alone. New damper closes completely as it should when all 4 zones are calling. Collected check to be deposited.
SYSTEM MAINTENANCE ON HEATPUMP . 2ND FLOOR 2 OF 2 SYSTEMS COLLECTING FOR BOTH ON THIS INVOICE. NEED TO REPLACED BLOWER MOTOR ON 2ND FLOOR. MOTOR IS RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY. Customer paid by check. Mobile check program not working so bringing check back for deposit. Also need to remove suction drier from 1st floor system when we return to replace motor.

FOUND CONDENSER LOCKED OUT ON LOW PRESSURE. RESET AND TESTED COOLING. NOTICED INDOOR RETURN TEMPERATURE WAS VERY LOW 56 DEGREES. SYSTEM IS A ZONE DAMPER SYSTEM . FOUND THAT BYPASS DAMPER IS BROKEN AND NOT CONTROLLING AIRFLOW ANYMORE. THIS IS CAUSING SYSTEM TO ICE UP AND THEN SHUT OFF ON LOW PRESSURE. OREDERED NEW 12INCH BY DAMPER PASS. COST IS PENDING. RECALL Customer wants quote on price to replace bypass damper.
Add return to BR and replace grill in hall. 12x30 FB grill
On arrival found the condensate pump unplugged. Plugged the pump back in and the pump turned on and pumped out the water. When the GFI trips the pump losses power and then the system will not work in heating or cooling. At this point I would recommend running a new drain line and remove the condensate pump as it isn't really needed. Searched for a 410a leak and wasn't able to locate one. Will try again when we return to complete some other work. Note: Zone damper 4 will only close to 1 instead of 0. Which allows some air flow through the damper.
Perform yearly maintenance checks and cleanings. Inspect DW and recomend return added.
