We were very happy with our service professional. Thank you!
Glen was the consummate professional. Very detailed in evaluation the effectiveness and performance of our AC. When he noticed signs of problems, he investigated and fixed them immediately. He left no stone unturned. He is the best we have had from Bay Area.
Quick, knowledgeable & polite
Came soon after I called and his work was exceptional.
Glen was very thorough. I really appreciate his diligence and excellence.
Would recommend Bay Area to others.
Annual maintenance, all systems functions were within normal parameters, normal physical conditions for age Customer pre-paid
Found blower speed set on wrong speed and not moving enough air across indoor coil in heating causing head pressure to build too high and make hot gas noise. Set to proper speed. Loosened mounting bolts on compressor and reduce sound conduction. Warranty.
Custmer was unable to be home today. Will need to reschedule.
4 ton HP with dehumidification AH and thermidistat.
Installed the temp unit and thermostat.
Found that the system is dropping out every once and awhile. The system is 12 years old and I would not recommend putting the money into it. Matt 352-422-2098

Checked the air handler for a refrigerate leak and found one in the evaporator coil.
Cleaned secondary pan and secondary drain that ties into primary drain. Cleaned primary drain and got saddle out of pipe so it's no longer double trapped. Put clean out cap back in place. Also pitched secondary pan so water if it overflows primary it will drain out secondary and not over the side of pan. System draining good at this time and should get through until new systems are installed.
Upon arrival I replied draining back together in 2 spots. I vacuum secondary pan twice. I vacuum insulation in cabinet. I vacuum pan under coil. I cleaned disinclined with drain solve. I instructed him to run fan. It is cooling and draining at this time.
Found the system no working on arrival due to the condensate pump lost power. Ran an extension cord to the pump per the customers request. Found a 3 degree sub cooling. Added 3 lbs of 410a and brought the system to a designed 8 degree subcooling with a 17 degree temperature split. Mastic sealed around some supply ducts connected to the supply plenum. Unable to get all the joints due to the limited access. The duct work is bunched together after the zone dampers.
Found that the mini split was low on 410a. Added1.5 lbs and found a leak in the liquid line behind the mini split head. (This was very accessible) No other leaks were located.
