We hired Bay Area Air Conditioning to get a second opinion on a complex And potentially very expensive problem. We were getting drastically different opinions on it before and Bay Area AC tech helped us to understand the situation in order to make an informed and balanced decision. The difference with other companies was that Bay Area tech actually used measuring devices for evaluation and patiently demonstrated and explained every important point to us. A couple of other Companies that came out before them, just stated their opinions by simply looking at things or making back of the envelop calculation of what the functioning of the system SHOULD be. That calculation was not accurate if we compare it to actual measurements done on our system today. This fact alone will save us several thousands of dollars, for which we are very grateful.
He called and told me when to expect his arrival. He was right on time within minutes. He found the problem quickly and had my a/c repaired within 35 minutes. Very professional and explained what the problem was. I would recommend him and Bay Area to all my friends and family.

Inspected indoor air handler for signs of mold and mildew found no e inside air handler. Checked static pressure on return and supply ductwork. Static pressure improved when Fil treat air filter was removed. Recomend using standard air filters for best airflow to all vents. Looked a photograph of inside of ductwork. Recomend duct cleaning contractor to remove dirt and debris from ductwork.
