Completed maintenance. Customer stated that thermostat states to replace UV lamp. UV lamp is not being powered when the system is on despite having 24V. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils, vacuumed and flushed drain line, cleaned and waxed outdoor unit and pad. Refrigerant pressures, static pressures, and temperature splits are all normal. Filter size 18x30x1.

Upon arrival the homeowner said it was too dark and late. I got held up on prior job. She did not get my phone message. She wants to reschedule for my second call tomorrow.
Checked over the system to find everything to be working as designed. 53 percent humidity. 77 degree return air with. 55 degree supply air temperature. 56 degree wetbulb. 125/316 psi 12 degree Superheat. 8 degree Subcooling. 55 degree suction line temperature. 92 degree liquid line temperature. Sealed the air handler around the return and resealed around the supply. The system cooled down 3 degrees while checking it's operation.

Found that the filter door was making a noise. Sealed the top and bottom of the filter door and also tightened all the screws on the outside condenser.

Went over the install, helped Wes with a couple things while on the job site. The one concern I have is that the condenser is not at least 12 inches away from the house.
