I called Bay Area for the first time, to do routine maintenance on my HVAC yesterday. Service tech Glen was very professional and courteous.... Respectful of my home and his work was clean. He explained what he had done and found, answered any questions I had and provided helpful suggestions for better efficiency. He also took the time to give me some information on the purchase of a new unit in the future. I felt very good about the service, quality of the work and Glen's knowledge of the product.
